Who we are
This website is run by Partnered Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17397879) with its registered office at 9 Gade View Gardens, Kings Langley, England, WD4 8PH. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive:
- your name, and your business name if you give it
- your email address, and your phone number if you give it
- whatever you write in your message
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to provide our services and keep in touch about that work. We never sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form messages on our behalf. Like most web hosts, it keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site securely.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them. Google receives your IP address when this happens.
- Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then we delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email info@partneredconsulting.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
